The city is located on the South East coast of Cyprus. It has a population of around 143,000 people and it is the third largest city of Cyprus.
Larnaca is only 30 minutes drive away from Nicosia, 40 minutes from Limassol and 20 minutes from Ayia Napa.

The Larnaca marina master plan includes luxury hotels, restaurants, exclusive residences, shopping and entertainment centres. This project alone is enough to significantly raise the profile of Larnaca on the global tourist map.
The marina neighbours with the famous Larnaca promenade lined with tall palm trees and a beautiful sandy sea front. The promenade, named ‘Finikoudes’ (the Greek name for palm trees) is paralleled with cafes, bars, clubs and restaurants. ‘Finikoudes’ is an extremely popular attraction for both local and international visitors.
