This marina is due to be expanded and joined with the existing commercial port as a huge development to cater for over 1000 yachts and it will be the sole tourist and cruise ship port in Cyprus. The Larnaca marina master plan includes luxury hotels, restaurants, exclusive residences, shopping and entertainment centres. This project alone is enough to significantly raise the profile of Larnaca on the global tourist map.

The marina neighbours with the famous Larnaca promenade lined with tall palm trees and a beautiful sandy sea front. The promenade, named ‘Finikoudes’ (the Greek name for palm trees) is paralleled with cafes, bars, clubs and restaurants. ‘Finikoudes’ is an extremely popular attraction for both local and international visitors.
