The asset consists of three incomplete residences in Germasogeia, Limassol. The residences are identical and are located along Agias Paraskevis Avenue, approx. 3500m north of the Nicosia – Limassol highway.
The immediate area of the assets comprises mostly of empty parcels and some residential developments. The assets' location provides close proximity to all amenities and easy access to Limassol beachfront and the main motorway heading both to Nicosia on the east and Paphos on the west.
The three residences are identical and have a total area of 136 sqm and parking area of 28 sqm each. The two residences in the west part also have a private swimming pool. The houses are constructed with reinforced concrete, brick walls and flat ceiling. Also, doubled glazing windows in aluminium frames and ceramic tiles have been placed. All three of the buildings are in incomplete state, with fences surrounding their entire perimeter. Some of the windows and the doors are not installed, the outdoor floors are in an incomplete state. On the interior, some of the doors are not installed, the walls of the top floors have moisture damages in several locations. Also, the electrical, sanitary and kitchen hardware installations are incomplete. The roofs in two of the three houses have moisture damages and poor insulation since there are multiple damages on the house’s top floors.
