George Mouskides, General Manager, FOX Smart Estate Agency
George Mouskides brings with him a wealth of business experience at a senior level and a strong financial background. A US certified Public Accountant also qualified in Business Administration, his previous roles include real estate financing and investments as well as commercial and investment banking, risk analysis & auditing.
George is well networked with local government and many prominent businesses and associations in Cyprus having served as a member of the Board of Directors of nine public companies listed on the Cyprus stock exchange.
In the past George has been the general manager of CLR Investment Fund Ltd, as well as Assistant Vice President Analyst at Moody’s Investor Service Limassol. Before this, George also was a Partner at Symeonides & Mouskides responsible for auditing, taxation and business consultancy for onshore and offshore clients.
George Mouskides and George Mavreas decided to join forces and create FOX Smart Estate agency, providing Cyprus with an alternative kind of real estate agency , giving its associates higher profit sharing possibilities.
At FOX, in his role as General Manager, George is responsible for:
- General management and overall strategic direction of the agency & its network of offices, including creation and implementation of business plans
- Recruitment, training, support & development of associates for FOX offices
- Marketing, Communication & Promotion of the FOX brand & company vision
- Monitoring customer service standards & champion of service quality
With good communication skills, high energy and a passion for the real estate industry and its development, George provides his team of associates with a strong leader as well as the guidance and empowerment they need to succeed.

George Mavreas, Director, FOX Smart Estate Agency
George Mavreas has been the general manager of A.N Mavreas Ltd since 2004 and a manager in the company since 1987. The company has been offering valuation services since 1983.
A US-educated professional with studies in Real Estate, George has significant experience and thorough understanding of the Cyprus property market. He is a registered member of the Scientific and Technical Chamber of Cyprus (Surveyors group), an approved and registered estate agent of the Estate Agency Board and a member of the Cyprus Property Surveyors and Advisors Association.
During his years in the business, George has worked with an extensive list of clients on several valuation projects. Large customers include major local banks, credit societies, construction and financial businesses.
A partner in FOX with George Mouskides, George’s role as a Director focuses on setting the company strategy and goals for ongoing growth, overseeing expansion plans in both Cyprus and abroad and establishing key partnerships.
With his long experience in the industry, George is a strong believer that a customer-oriented approach, excellent organization skills and attention to detail are necessary components for creating long-term, successful relationships and his philosophy has been central to the success of FOX so far.
