George Mavreas has been the general manager of
A.N Mavreas Ltd since 2004 and a manager in the company since 1987. The company
has been offering valuation services since 1983.
A US-educated professional with studies in Real Estate, George has significant
experience and thorough understanding of the Cyprus property market. He is a
registered member of the Scientific and Technical Chamber of Cyprus (Surveyors
group), an approved and registered estate agent of the Estate Agency Board and
a member of the Cyprus Property Surveyors and Advisors Association.
During his years in the business, George has worked with an extensive list of
clients on several valuation projects. Large customers include major local
banks, credit societies, construction and financial businesses.
A partner in FOX with George Mouskides, George’s role as a Director focuses on
setting the company strategy and goals for ongoing growth, overseeing expansion
plans in both Cyprus and abroad and establishing key partnerships.
With his long experience in the industry, George is a strong believer that a
customer-oriented approach, excellent organization skills and attention to
detail are necessary components for creating long-term, successful
relationships and his philosophy has been central to the success of FOX so far.
